Indulge in a harmonious blend of exquisite flavors and world-class music for an experience like no other. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Una Davis Family Stage at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, Chef Blais will guide participants through a one-of-a-kind culinary journey, perfectly paired with DAOU Reserve wines and accompanied by enchanting live performances from musicians of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra.
Richard Blais is a James Beard Award-nominated chef, author of three books and creator of Ember & Rye and Juniper and Ivy in San Diego; The Crack Shack (multiple locations); and Four Flamingos in Orlando, Florida with the Xenia Group and Hyatt Hotels. He is currently appearing in his fourth season of Fox's Next Level Chef alongside Gordon Ramsay and Nyesha Arrington, and has been featured on multiple seasons of Bravo Network's Top Chef, winning the Top Chef: All Stars competition in 2010. Blais is also the Culinary Director for VIP Dining at the San Diego Symphony's outdoor performance venue, The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park.

We are seeking sponsors at various levels to help support the San Diego Symphony’s artistic, education, and community engagement programs. We would be honored to have you join us as a sponsor for this prestigious event. "Attendance Only" tickets are also available for $500.

Sponsorship Levels:

  • $2,500 Underwriter – Includes two tickets to the event
  • $5,000 Underwriter – Includes four tickets to the event
  • $10,000 Underwriter – Includes eight tickets to the event

Attendance Only:

  • $500 Attendee – per single ticket to the event

As an underwriter of this event, your company will be recognized in the event program and in verbal remarks during the program. We expect 200 distinguished guests at this event, providing your company with excellent visibility and the opportunity to connect with influential community members.
